Invoicing questions
Can I put my logo on invoices?
Yes. Add it once in Settings and it prints at the top of every estimate and invoice PDF.
Can a customer pay part now and the rest later?
Yes. Record each payment as it comes in. The invoice lists every payment and the balance due.
Does it work in kilometers or other currencies?
Switch to kilometers in Settings and odometer readings change on screen and on invoices. The currency symbol and date format follow your phone's region, and amounts are never converted.
