Estimates questions
What if the customer approves over the phone?
Tap Approved by phone or text. The job moves to Approved and the lines lock, same as a signature.
Can I change an estimate after it's approved?
Yes. Editing removes the signature or phone approval and moves the job back to Estimate, so a signature always matches the numbers.
What does Sent mean?
When you text or email an estimate, the job shows Sent and how many days it's been waiting. After 3 days with no answer, the app nudges you to follow up.
